Z1 ignition coils are direct-fit replacements of OE coils that produce more spark energy under all operating conditions. This increase in spark energy is critical for ensuring proper ignition and combustion, particularly while operating an engine at wide-open throttle.
Our VQ38 upgraded ignition coils utilize almost 20% more turns in the secondary winding & an improved turn ratio to the primary winding. The results yield a stronger, longer spark providing better ignition and improved flame propagation in the cylinder with a reduction in the chance of spark "blow-out" that often results in misfire or breaking up in high-performance engines.

I put these on both Nissans. The newer Frontier and the older Xterra.
Wow! Mileage and torque increased dramatically on both.
I recommend using an ohmeter on the plugs and replace any with high numbers. If reusing old plugs, be sure all carbon tracking is removed from them and gap them to minimum gaps. A smidgen less at high altitude (5000ft +).
These things pay for themselves quick!
Both cars are far exceeding advertised mileage with air conditioning on!
The job is fairly easy and can be done at home.

Excellent product, fuel mileage is instantly better for myself within 20mins driving I'm getting at 150 kms more per tank. I'm sure I can more out of it. I'd say the truck definitely has more power, with the Canadian exchange rate it's definitely pricey but glad I bought the package 😁.
