The aFe Momentum GT Pro Dry S Stage-2 Intake System is one of the most comprehensive on the market.  This high quality intake is always a top choice.  It's blow molded air box design installs into the factory location and supports the use of the factory fender vent or integration of an aftermarket snorkel.  Great for street or off-road performance the aFe intake has proven quality with consistent and repeatable performance gains.  The quality is top notch and you can expect decades of great use from this intake kit.  The Pro Dry S intake typically falls within 1-2 peak horsepower of it's oiled filter counter part the original Afe Momentum GT Pro 5R Stage-2 Intake but it has proven to be a favorite to those in dry dusty climates where oiled filters can be more prone to clogging from dust leading to a more extensive service (wash/dry/re-oil).  In severe conditions the pro dry S can often be removed and tapped off for an intermediate service while a full service only requires a wash and dry. 

The aFe Momentum features a tuned intake pipe.  It is considered bolt on and does not require tuning; however one can benefit immensely from it.  Vehicles equipped with Intake and Exhaust modifications should optimize their performance capability with a tune.
