Z1's Nissan Frontier Hybrid Front Bumper for the second-generation Frontier transforms your rig into a trail-ready, overland-capable machine with commanding presence and real-world performance to back it up.
Designed to bolt directly to the factory frame rails, the Hybrid Bumper delivers excellent strength and increased front-end clearance — ideal for rugged trails, rocky climbs, and technical terrain. It's built from precision-cut steel with fully welded seams and internal gusseting throughout high-stress zones, ensuring maximum durability where it matters most. The tube-style winglets are made from 50mm DOM steel tube. The integrated stinger bar provides added protection for the grille and radiator area, while also enhancing approach angles and trail confidence.
THE DETAILS
The Hybrid Bumper features the same plate-style center sections as our Assault Bumper, but with high-clearance and outer wings. For those who want the functionality of a plate-style bumper with the style of a tubular pre-runner bumper, our Hybrid bumper will not disappoint.
In the center section, the integrated center pocket is designed to accept a 30" single-row light bar, offering excellent forward lighting options for backcountry exploration, recovery operations, or the occasional night run to Starbucks.
Fully welded recovery points are built into the bumper and tie directly into the frame mounts for maximum strength. They’re designed to accept standard 3/4" shackles, providing safe and reliable anchor points for winching or tow strap recovery. An integrated winch cradle accepts most standard footprint winches (up to 12,000 lbs) and keeps your recovery gear protected and ready to deploy. The bumper’s faceted lower section improves clearance and approach angle, helping your Frontier navigate steep ledges and technical terrain. The trail-ready finish is a durable black powder coat designed to resist corrosion and trail wear, keeping your rig looking sharp and protected from the elements.
