Product Description

The BORLA® Cat-Back™ system 140919 was specifically designed to enhance the power and sound of the Frontier equipped with 3.8L engine. This system features the S-Type”sound that gives you an aggressive sound with no drone. It features 4" black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips and a dual side exit configuration. It is also available with bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips. The entire system is made of T-304 stainless steel and utilizes computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing techniques that ensure an accurate fit.All this is backed by our unsurpassed Million Mile Warranty.

I love the sound hands down great exhaust from that point. However during install the bolt holes did not line up. They were close but absolutely impossible to make work how they were. Second issue is the rear hanger. Instructions state remove the hanger off the chassis that is fine and good. However when trying to put the chassis hanger back on the the hanger on the actual exhaust isn't long enough and requires an extreme amount of force to push the hanger up to rebolt the vehicles exhaust hanger. This pour fitment makes the exhaust squeak while driving over any bump in the road it sounds like an old trailer being towed with the annoying metal on metal scrapping. I'm probably going to remove the exhaust and put the factory unit back on its so annoying.

Shipping was free and same week. Bolted right in, fit great with no modifications almost seemed too easy. Sounds better than I expected. No drone but growls when getting onto the gas. Seems to make acceleration quicker and snappy, no more lag. Dual tips look sharp and I get asked about them and the exhaust system often. Overall, very happy, definitely worth the extra cash. I wish I could post pictures but can't on this site.
