OEM Head Gasket for the 2011-2015 Infiniti QX56/QX80 models equipped with the VK56VD powertrain. It is recommended to replace the gaskets on each side when changing head gaskets.
This is the gasket that seals the cylinder heads to the engine block. A common sign of a failed head gasket is finding coolant in the oil and vice versa. Head gaskets are highly recommended to be replaced as the factory service manual recommends. Head gaskets are also prone to fail whenever the engine overheats.
