Product Description

OEM Valve Cover Assemblies for the 2005-2015 Nissan Xterra that are equipped with the VQ40DE powertrain. Valve covers are also known as rocker covers.

The Passenger side cover comes with a new PCV Valve and Grommet.

We recommend using new Valve Cover Gaskets when replacing Valve Covers.

Sold Individually.

Note: Gaskets are not included, but new gaskets can be found HERE!

Perfect replacement for leaking passenger side valve cover. Common for leaks to occur at #5 spark plug, but if this factory part lasts another 115k miles, I’ll be happy. Perfect fit, just don’t forget to purchase a new gasket and use Nissan RTV at the appropriate places when reassembling it. No leaks after 2000 miles.

No complaints... I did find the plastic was a tiny bit rough on the edges of the mounting surface but I don't think it's an issue. I scraped the rough areas a little bit just to be sure it would fit nice. So far so good (installed ~100km ago)
