The rear of the 2WD Nissan Titans require a carrier bearing spacer when being lifted 3" or 4". Without the Maxtrac Suspension carrier bearing spacer, your Titan will experience drive line vibration and other possible issues when accelerating from a stop. This kit is easy to install with instructions and all necessary hardware.
