This is the OEM emblem found on the tailgate of the Nissan Frontier. This emblem adheres with a strong adhesive, and is found attached to the center of the rear tailgate.

Installation on a pre-2013 Frontier:

From 2005 to 2012 the Nissan emblem on the tailgate had 2 prongs on the outside of the emblem, while the 2013+ Frontier models have 2 prongs near the middle of the emblem. To install this Midnight Edition Nissan emblem on the 2005-2012 Frontiers you will have to cut off the prongs on the back of the emblem to allow the emblem's adhesive to stick to the tailgate finisher or drill new holes in the tailgate finisher. Also the 2013+ emblem is slightly smaller than the 2005-2012 emblem, so be sure to clean the mounting area before sticking the new emblem to the finisher.
