Our first 2025+ Nissan Frontier High Clearance Front Bumper is built on the foundation or our Recon bumper. Like the Recon, it features all steel gusseted construction with heavy-duty recovery points tied into the bumper mounts, supports up to a 12,000 lb winch, and adjustable mounting for perfect fitment on your truck. Provide a very strong armor solution that also improves approach angle and looks great at the same time. Every bumper will come standard powder-coated with our rugged trail-ready finish.

BUILDING THE BUMPER
The design of our Assault bumper began by digitizing the body of the Frontier using advanced 3D scanning technology. This allowed our team of engineers to work in a digital space only limited by the imagination. We set out to provide the ultimate add-on solution to improve approach angle, safeguard sensitive components, and to support up to a 12K winch (confirmed fitments for Warn10S Zeon, Warn 12S Zeon, Badlands Apex 12K) while giving owners something that sets their truck apart. In-depth collaboration between numerous engineers culminated in a style that we feel reaches the height of off-road armor design.
The first challenge our engineering team had to conquer was working within the tolerance of the Frontier's body. When scanning trucks for design, we found varying degrees of tolerance in body mount position. This meant that the design had to be such that it allowed enough movement in the bumper mounts to fit a wide tolerance range while maintaining high strength and rigidity. Ultimately, this resulted in a bumper that is easier to install and allowed for enough movement to guarantee a precise fit.
Identifying the key features was easy, we just wanted to cover all of the basics; a heavy-duty winch-capable design, durable tabs for recovery shackles, space for auxiliary lighting, and high clearance for improved approach angle. After all of the basic needs were met, we focused on additional features to make the bumper more attractive. Behind the stock fog lights, slots were added to the high clearance winglets, making it possible to install compact aftermarket lighting in place of the factory fogs.
