OEM Nissan Titan / Frontier Front Fog Light Grommet.

This grommet is located on the side of both the driver and passenger side fog light assemblies. These grommets are used to protect the mounting location of the fog light. Over time these grommets tend to wear down and brake causing the fog light assembly to become exposed to road debris and water.
