These nuts help mount the second and fifth body insulator mounts on both the right hand and left hands sides of the Xterra. It is essential to install these small insulators properly to ensure owners benefit from their help with supporting and cushioning the truck body while limiting the levels of vibration and noise while driving down a road or trail.

Over time, the rubber bushings can begin to loosen from normal wear and tear, heavy loads or weathering. Z1 recommends replacing this hardware whenever repairing or replacing the mounts.
