This Seal is found on the cam gear timing cover and seals the oil passages between the cover and the Intake Cam Gear. VQ35DE engines require 1 per cover, 2 total. VQ35HR, VQ37VHR, VR38DETT, VR30DDTT, QR25DE engines require 3 on each cover.
