This is the OEM Rear Exhaust Tailpipe Hanger for your 2005+ Nissan Frontier.

This hanger mounts the tailpipe section of the exhaust, closest to the rear bumper, to the chassis to cut down on vibrations and keep the exhaust from rattling. Over time, the rubber bushing may deteriorate or even dry rot which can lead to the exhaust falling off. It is best to replace these hangers whenever you change or replace your vehicle's exhaust to ensure proper fitment and functionality.

If you notice a rattling or clanking coming from the rear of your vehicle while it's running, this may be just the simple fix you need.
