Upgrade your Xterra's cargo storage rails using Z1's Utility-Track Retrofit Kit!
In the rear of your 2nd generation Xterra, you'll find two thin sheet metal channels below the cargo mat. While these channels are helpful for securing cargo, they are flimsy and owners will find that they have a tendency to flex when strapping heavier cargo to the floor of your SUV. Z1's Utility-Track Retrofit Kit replaces these thin sheet metal channels with thick extruded aluminum channels modified in-house to fit your Xterra. These Utility-Track channels are principally identical to the storage rails found in the bed of the Nissan Frontier and Titan, and have proven to be the most durable cargo solutions ever outfitted in a Nissan truck.
Don't forget the cleats! In order to use the channel system, you need something to strap to. Z1's Speed Cleats are the most versatile and easy-to-use option on the market, compact enough to fit in the tightest storage spaces but strong enough to secure even the heaviest cargo. These cleats can be selected in the attached product options.
