This is the Platinum Reserve Tailgate Trim / Finisher found on '16-'19 Titans. It is a direct replacement with no modification needed. If you want to add the newer A61 Titan finisher to your 2016-2019 model, it is possible with some modification. Please see the following link which includes installation instructions:
