aFe Power’s new Twisted Steel header delivers more horsepower and torque while outflowing the factory exhaust manifold. The header is constructed of 14-gauge 409 SS tubing with a 1/2” thick head flange to ensure a leak free seal. To eliminate dead space that can cause turbulence and hindering flow that formed collectors are prone to produce, a true merged collector and optimized tube lengths are used for true pulse control technology improving flow and performance. 100% hand TIG-welded construction ensures optimal strength and durability. The smooth curves and increased diameter of this header helps remove restriction and keeps exhaust gas flowing smoothly for improved performance and durability on and off the trails. All components are supplied for a hassle-free installation with no modifications necessary.

Features:

• Symmetrical Tube Design: This header features a symmetrical tube design that allows for a perfect balance of exhaust pulses between the left and right side headers. This balance allows for improved flow characteristics and ultimately creating more power.
• Mitered Collectors: Mitered collectors extend the tube length into the flange which decreases turbulence and increases exhaust velocity. The result is increased horsepower, torque and improved throttle response.
• TIG Welded: 100% TIG welded by certified craftsmen for race proven strength and durability. TIG welding provides the strongest welds reducing stress cracks.
• 3/8" Thick Head Flange: A 3/8" thick head flange is used for maximum strength and durability. The flange design is identical to the head port and is machined flat for a leak-free seal.
• 409 SS Construction: This header is constructed of durable CNC mandrel bent 16-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing for maximum performance, corrosion resistance and strength eliminating cracking.
