Z1 uses this Energizer Lithium CR2032 Battery as a replacement upgrade to all CR2025 Key Fob batteries such as those found in most Nissan's and Infiniti's Key Fobs including the Later Model Z32 300ZX, Z33 350Z, Z34 370Z, as well as the V35 Infiniti G35, and V36 Infiniti G37. Some more recent models come standard with the CR2032 Battery.

Most coin sized batteries use similar size / part number designations as these: 2032 indicates the size of the battery, 20 means they are 20mm in diameter and 32 means it is 3.2mm thick. You will notice the batteries Nissan used from the factory were 2025 which, using the designation noted above, means they are 20mm in diameter and 2.5mm thick. These CR2032 batteries are of course .7mm thicker which we have found acceptable in all of the Key Fobs we have used. For us to consider these an upgrade they must come with an advantage right? The added thickness allows the battery to hold approximately 25% more power which means these batteries should last 25% longer under the same load.
