Add serious roof-mounted lighting to your Nissan Xterra with the Z1 Off-Road Roof Light Mount Panel. This panel replaces the factory front insert on the roof rack, located just forward of the wetbox. This is the same position where PRO-4X models traditionally received OEM roof lights.
Designed as a direct replacement for the factory front rack insert, this panel provides a rigid, purpose-built mounting surface for high-output auxiliary lighting without altering the roof rack.
Structural Design and Integrated Fairing
The Z1 Roof Light Mount Panel is built around steel cross beams that provide a rigid, stable mounting surface for auxiliary lighting, even when running larger or heavier light configurations. These cross beams are zinc-plated and powder-coated to improve long-term corrosion resistance in off-road and all-weather environments. The fairing and support components are constructed from steel to increase structural integrity. An integrated fairing is positioned behind the light mounting surface to help manage airflow across the front of the roof rack, minimizing the impact of added roof-mounted lighting on wind noise and on-road drivability.
The front cross beam can be mounted in a fixed position, or the hardware can be configured to allow you to vertically adjust all of the lights mounted on the surface. This allows you to make quick adjustments to the positions of the lights to adapt to changing conditions or off-road surfaces without having to re-position each light.
Optimized for Popular Off-Road Lights
The Z1 Roof Light Mount Panel is designed to accommodate a wide range of auxiliary lighting setups, including:
- Up to four extra-large lights, such as Morimoto Big Banger (NCS and HXB) or Baja Designs LP6
- Up to five 4.5 inch lights like Baja Designs XL
- Up to six 3 inch lights such as Morimoto 4Banger or Baja Designs Squadron Sport or Pro
- One 30" wide light bar when the front cross beam is removed (this does not allow further lights to be mounted)
This flexibility allows you to tailor your lighting layout for trail visibility, high-speed desert use, or general overland travel.
