Program Benefits:
- Consolidated engines to reduce SKUs
- Returnable dunnage
- If sending core first, it must be sent in dunnage provided by Nissan Value Advantage
- Warranty processed through standard Nissan parts warranty
- Program utilizes current Nissan / Infiniti core return process
In addition to normal OEM engine component transfers (starters, exhaust manifolds, etc.), the following parts NEED to be transferred from the core to the reman engine:
- Upper Oil Pan
- Lower Oil Pan
- Valve Covers
New parts needed (If Applicable):
- Valve Cover Gaskets
- Crankshaft Pilot Bushing
- Manual Transmission or Automatic Transmission
- Oil Pan O-Rings
- RTV
- *apply per service manual instructions (upper and lower oil pan / valve cover points)
- Intake Manifold Gaskets
- Exhaust Manifold Gaskets
- Oil
- Oil Filter
