OEM Driver's Side (Left) Timing Oil Jet for the 2011+ Infiniti QX56/QX80 models equipped with the VK56VD powertrain.

These oil squirters can be easily damaged during both disassembly and re-assembly of the engine and care should be taken when installing them. They are also prone to break whenever a piston is installed backwards, due to piston skirt coming into contact with it. It's recommend to change these anytime you change your timing components.
