OEM Nissan oil filter is made for the larger VQ's, VR38DETT and various other engines equipped across Nissan and Infiniti's lineup.
This filter being 15mm larger in overall length than the standard Nissan OE filter offers improved filtration. Greater filtration coupled with improved capacity in an OEM package ensures you get the best quality filter for all applications.
Note: While it can be used as a substitute for the standard filter, it is important to remember that because this filter is larger (as shown below) it may come in contact with other vehicle components when used with aftermarket and OE oil coolers on some models.
