OEM Driver (Left) Downstream Oxygen (O2) Sensor for 2015-2021 Infiniti QX60 models. 

This Sensor is installed after the catalytic converter on the exhaust, and often proves to be extremely difficult to remove without destroying the threads when installing an aftermarket set of headers or forced induction setup. These sensors are also referred to as a "Air-Fuel Ratio Sensor" by Infiniti.
