Nissan Xterra / Frontier Lift Shock
Bilstein B8 5125 shock absorbers are designed for custom applications and are a perfect solution for vehicles that do not have a direct Bilstein fitment. These high gas pressure monotube shock absorbers are sold by various lengths and valve rates to accommodate a wide range of uses and custom fitments. All B8 5125 shock absorbers come equipped with industry standard 5/8 inch hour glass bushings and are available in either an eye/eye or stem/eye mount configuration. The shock absorbers feature a 46mm piston with self-adjusting deflective disc valving. Bilstein B8 5125 shock absorbers are the ideal choice for custom suspension builders.

I am always one for reading reviews on products before I buy but this time I went against my better judgement.
Other reviews were saying that these shocks are too soft and they were right.
The rear end of my truck bounces up and down like there are no shocks at all on the rear end.
I bought the 5125.
I should have stayed with the 5100's.

After installing a 3-inch lift on the rear of my Xterra the stock shocks were too short. The stock shocks would clank on certain turns as they maxed out. After searching for shocks that would provide an additional 3 inches came upon the Z1 web site which was the only one that clearly states this Bilstein B8 5100 Shock Absorber will accommodate a 2-3 inch lift. After installing and testing, the problem was solved and the clanking is gone. Also, no changes were required to extend the brake lines even with the new Bilstein's. Extremely happy with Z1 Off-Road and the Bilstein Shock Absorber.
Shocks arrived in timely manner.
