Located just behind the rear bumper cover, this Aluminum Crash Bar helps absorb the energy as a result of a rear-end collision and spreads the impact load across the frame rails. This bar should be replaced in the event of a rear-end collision as the Crash Bar will lose its structural integrity and cannot be repaired.
