Blemished Frontier 75mm Throttle Body Kit by Z1 Off-Road.

This throttle body kit includes a blemished throttle body, and all of the necessary hardware required for proper installation. This throttle body has a broken coolant passage nipple, but will not affect installation or function. These kits are perfect if you plan on doing the throttle body coolant bypass upgrade on your truck.

The Nissan Frontier Throttle Body Upgrade Kit is an easy-to-install upgrade that boosts throttle response for a superior driving experience, whether on the highway or off the beaten path. Featuring a genuine OEM Hitachi 75mm throttle body, this kit offers a 15% larger surface area compared to the stock throttle body, allowing for greater airflow to the engine with the same pedal input. This upgrade enhances off-idle responsiveness and delivers increased torque at tip-in and transient throttle, providing a more dynamic and engaging ride.

Installation of Z1's Throttle Body Upgrade is made easy with the use of a plug-and-play harness adapter and billet throttle body adapter. A silicone reducer is included to attach the throttle body to the intake tube, however, this is only compatible with intakes that have an 88mm intake tube, such as Z1's Cold Air Intake. After installation, you will need to complete a throttle body relearn and idle air volume relearn procedure. This process can be made easy with Z1's Elite Scan Tool, or completed manually (instructions here.)
