Nissan Frontier / Xterra Titan Swap Kit with NISMO Performance Coilover Struts. This kit offers an increase in suspension travel with Z1 Titan FUCAs, Titan suspension components, appropriate spacers, and NISMO struts. These approved packages have been tested in droop and bump travel to ensure we don't bottom out a strut or over travel a CV axle or tie rod end (leading to premature failures).  Titan swaps paired with the appropriate spring typically lift the front of a truck 3.5-4 inches while increasing the wheel track/stance by ~6 inches. Not only is the track widened but all of the factory suspension stress points are relieved, allowing you to conquer each trail with confidence.

This kit only services the front of the vehicle. Z1 recommends adding additional lift components to the rear of the vehicle.

Z1 Front Upper Control Arms

Z1 Control Arms are fully forged and machined from a single chunk of 6061 aluminum. Stainless steel double adjusters are utilized on the inner joints, allowing adjustments to alignment without having to remove the arms from your truck. Each arm features teflon-lined spherical heim joints for quiet operation and quicker response. Extreme-duty grease-able ball joints provide a quiet and comfortable ride without compromising offroad performance.  Each joint features 66° of articulation which is more than enough for most extended suspensions using OEM axles. Billet dust caps are attached above the ball joint, keeping dust, dirt, and water away from the service fitting.

These arms are designed for maximum coil bucket clearance, preventing contact on lifted trucks or trucks with extended-travel suspension. Their high-clearance design provides excellent articulation when used with extended travel suspension. Installation requires no modifications to frame mounting points and double adjusters make alignments a breeze!
