This is the OEM Tailgate Hinge Screw for your 2004+ Nissan Titan.
The hinges are screwed into the bed on each respective side and are the pivot mounts for the tailgate.
Over time, it is common for the hinges to break from repeated use and normal wear and tear. Z1 recommends replacing these accompanying screws with the genuine Nissan replacement items to ensure optimal function and fitment.
