The Z1 NISMO Extension Panel fits all 350Z models equipped with a NISMO front bumper, replacing the factory plastic section with a rigid aluminum panel.

For the 2007-2008 model year, the 350Z  was given a revised front bumper based on the early Super GT race cars. On these limited edition cars, the lower edge of the bumper was several inches longer than the non-NISMO counterpart, creating a need for a bumper extension panel to bridge the gap between the leading edge of the bumper and the factory undershroud. This extension panel is made from plastic, costs nearly as much as the bumper itself, and is necessary to maintain the rigidity of the front bumper. The Z1 Aluminum Extension Panel replaces the expensive and flimsy plastic section with a rigid aluminum panel and is available at a fraction of the cost! Unlike OEM and some aftermarket alternatives, the Z1 panel does NOT use simple U-nut's to attach the panel to the car. Instead, press-fit PEM nuts are attached to the panel to make installation easier.

Although it was designed to work with the Z1 Aluminum Undershroud, it is compatible with the factory plastic undershroud and most other aftermarket replacements!
