Product Description

Z1 Motorsports Stainless Steel Clutch Line for all '09+ 370z and '08+G37 models

This is a must have upgrade for any 370z/G37 with an upgraded clutch and/or that sees track usage. This will eliminate the mushy pedal feel, that ALL Z/G's have after installing high clamping force clutches. The kit works wonders with Dual and Triple Disc clutches as well.  By eliminating all soft points in your hydraulic system, it adds to pedal response and feel.  This line also deletes an additional 6" of metal clutch line on the side of the bell housing, eliminating a potential leak point in the clutch system.

The new Z1 Braided Stainless Steel clutch line features a special vinyl coating that protects it from fraying caused by rubbing or vibrations.  The 370Z / G37 clutch line features a black vinyl coating with an insulated reflective thermal sleeve that not only looks great but also protects your line from rubbing, fraying and radiant heat damage from turbos, exhausts, and other nearby heat sources.  It also comes with a new banjo bolt and 2 copper washers to insure a trouble free install.

Please note:

Z1 Motorsports ONLY recommends the usage of Motul RBF 600 Brake/Clutch Fluid for 370z/G37 Hydraulic Clutch System.

Questions our customers have asked

Do you have an install guide? Seems like it should be straight forward, however, my 2016z (sport) does not have a banjo where it attaches to the slave, the current metal cable has a female connector, the CSC has is a male fitting. Can send pictures if needed. Am I supposed to disassemble part of the CSC to convert to a banjo? Dave [email protected]
We replace the factory soft clutch line and the hard tube that goes into the CSC tube. You will install the line and banjo straight directly to the block near the bleeder.

Quality piece to replace the stock rubber clutch line. Also removes the short metal line and from the outside of the transmission.

I purchased this as an upgrade, along with a bottle of Motul RBF 600, because of a soft clutch pedal feeling occurring after a few laps on the track. During installation, I opted to double-wrap this with the factory insulation for extra heat protection, since it is near the exhaust. Installation was a bit tricky, and I ended up going through the front left wheel house to help access the upper connection. However, it is entirely possible to do without dropping the exhaust. While the problem was most likely boiling/cavitation caused by degradation and water absorption of the old fluid, it does seem that pedal feel is generally slightly improved by the stainless line. This seems to be a worthwhile upgrade for the Z. Just be sure to refill with high-temperature fluid, as that will make the biggest difference.

mine burst after about 2 or 3 months and I even wrapped it with the factory reflective wrap from the stock line. Rubber factory hose is fine for a stock clutch. it was way more consistent, still it burst
