Worked as they should, install is very easy just make sure to get the instructions PDF from the store page so you have them the correct orientation. The extra height is a big advantage.

Buying these for your truck is a no brainer. If you even work on it once a year - you need these. Takes 5 minutes to install and now my hood opens way higher. I'm a tall dude, but even if I wasn't these are a must have. Makes maintenance way easier.

Don't let anyone tell you that 4 inches isn't that much. These struts will make 4 inches feel like a foot under your hood. Much easier to dig around and get to.work under the hood. Easy to install and definitely gets the job done.

!00% spot on!! Increases my hood clearance like they are supposed to. No more banging me head on the hood anymore. I still can't understand why Nissan engineers supplied such low hood struts on a Frontier to begin with. Makes no sense to me, but now I don't have to worry about that anymore, thanks to Z1 Off-Road.
