OEM Exhaust Camshaft Sprocket for the 2011-2015 Infiniti QX56 / QX80.

This Sprocket is attached to one end of the camshaft. Working with the timing belt and the crankshaft sprocket, the Exhaust Sprocket maintains the timing between the crankshaft and the camshaft. If it fails, your timing chain can fall out of place and your engine can stall out.
