This is an OEM PCV Hose for the 2005+ Nissan Frontier equipped with the VQ40DE. The PCV Hose is also referred to as the Crankcase Breather Hose. The PCV hose often dry rots over time, and will eventually crack and cause a vacuum leak. It is a good idea to keep an eye on these hoses when doing regular maintainance.

Note: This PCV Hose is located at the front of the engine and it connects the driver and passenger valve covers together.
