OEM Blend Door Actuator for the 2004-2015 Nissan Titan. The blend door actuator is located on the RH Passenger side of the heater box under the dash, and controls the flow of air through the cars HVAC system by opening and closing the doors under the dash.

Depending on which model Titan you own, there can be 1, 2, or 3 blend door actuators. There is not a difference between the different actuators. Each position uses the same one.
