Red Line Gear Oils and Transmission Lubricants are designed to provide excellent low-temperature shiftability and improved gear protection at higher temperatures. Red Line Gear Oils will reduce differential temperatures 10-70F. Efficiency improvements between 1-5% are typical.

This Kit includes:

• 5x Quarts: Red Line MT-85 GL-4 Manual Transmission Fluid:
  • 4.18 quarts required to fill 2WD models. Once 4.18 quarts are added, the fluid should start to drip from the fill hole to indicate proper levels.
  • 4.43 quarts required to fill 4WD models. One 4.43 quarts are added, the fluid should start to drip from the fill hole to indicate proper levels.

Note:

• Red Line MT-85 is a GL-4 gear oil, safe for brass synchros as it lacks the reactive sulfurs found in most GL-5 oils that cause damage. This is the oil of choice for Nissan manual transmissions.
