This is the OEM Coolant Water Pipe Outlet Bolt for your 1990-1996 Nissan 300ZX.

These bolts are used on the upper water pipe (in all 3 bolt holes) and in the top-left location of the lower water pipe/thermostat housing on all 1990-1996 Nissan 300ZX models.
