THE INTAKE
Developed using decades of experience learned from our Motorsports team, the Z1 Off-Road Intake is a product that delivers countless performance benefits for both the street and trail. The large rotomolded polyethylene air box houses our custom-designed dry-media filter. This filter features an integrated velocity stack to help reduce turbulence as air enters the inlet pipe, allowing your intake to work at its highest potential. The dry-media filter is made from a serviceable cotton-based media and can be cleaned for use over many years.
THE SNORKEL
The 2005+ Nissan Xterra Snorkel Kit by Z1 Off-Road relocates the air intake to a higher point on the a-pillar, improving off-road performance by reducing dirt and water intrusion, and minimizing the risk of hydrolock. Designed for both function and aesthetics, the snorkel features a sleek, aerodynamic profile that integrates seamlessly with the truck’s body. Constructed from durable, UV-resistant Cross-Linked High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE/PEX), it ensures long-lasting protection against the elements. Installation is simplified with a precision 3D vacuum-formed template, making the process straightforward and reducing the risk of errors. Installation Note: If you have ditch light brackets, you might need a Ditch Light Extension Bracket Kit to clear your snorkel tube.
