Improve your 2022+ Nissan Frontier's ride height and visual appearance with Z1's new 2.5-inch lift kit! Z1 Lift Kits include two of our favorite easy-to-install suspension modifications: Z1 Front Lift Spacers and Z1 Rear Lift Shackles. The combined two products form a kit that is easy to install and maintains your truck's factory ride characteristics when paired with adjustable front upper control arms that clear the strut mount.
Lift spacers are installed in the front to achieve a front lift of approximately 2.5''. Z1 lift spacers are manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminum, the highest temper grade available for increased durability in all conditions. Each spacer is finished in a black anodized coating with a laser-etched Z1 logo and includes all new hardware.
In the rear, adjustable lift shackles are used to achieve a lift of 1.5''. This provides a level ride height and best performance without requiring longer aftermarket rear shocks. Z1 shackles are manufactured from 10mm thick steel plate, finished with a durable black powder coat for corrosion resistance and can be adjusted between .7'' of lift and 1.5''. These shackles were designed to work with OEM leaf springs and bushings and are compatible with either genuine OEM bushings or OEM-fit polyurethane replacements like ARB or Dobinsons. In the product options, you can choose between standard hardware or greaseable hardware. Greaseable hardware has a channel in the center of the bolt, feeding four holes that are used to supply grease to the bushing through a single fitting on the head of the bolt. This specialized hardware makes it easy to do routine suspension maintenance, reducing wear on the bushings and helping keep your bushings lubricated and quiet!
Note: Installation of Aftermarket Adjustable Upper Control Arms is required on all models! Trucks with stock arms will notice contact between the control arm and coil spring bucket at full droop. We also recommend installing Eccentric Hardware in the lower control arm (if not already equipped) to help achieve the best alignment possible.
