This lift kit is amazing, and so is Z1 Off-Road. It was very straightforward to install, even with no prior knowledge of suspension modifications, and it only took about five hours. This kit allowed me to fit 285/75R16 tires on my ’24 Frontier RWD, which look fantastic paired with the 2.5-inch lift. The eccentric lockouts are 10.9‑grade steel and very well designed - a must-have with these upper control arms. It was recommended to set them to the outboard-most position, which allowed full adjustability of the upper control arms and made it possible for the alignment shop to zero out camber, caster, and toe perfectly. Pay careful attention to how you install the upper control arms before adjustment (mentioned in the printed instructions, not the YouTube video). I accidentally unscrewed and pushed the heim joints out too far while trying to line them up with the stock control arms instead of the adjuster bolts located on the outward-facing side of the control arm. This caused the alignment shop to bottom out on suspension adjustments, so I had to pay a bit extra for them to remove the upper control arms and perform the pre-adjustment correctly before reinstalling. Z1 customer support was absolutely incredible. When I called them from the alignment shop, they figured out what I did wrong in less than five minutes, and the explanation was easily relayed to the mechanic. I highly recommend this kit to anyone looking to run 33-inch tires on their rig, and I cannot thank Z1 support enough for their knowledge and experience. They were able to diagnose the issue over the phone based solely on my description. My truck looks amazing and rides even better now with this lift kit. Thank you again for this awesome product!
