The Z1 Billet Fuel Filter Cap for the 5.0L Cummins diesel engine found in the Nissan Titan XD was a part designed by necessity. Routine fuel system service requires the under hood stage-2 fuel filter be replaced every 10,000 miles. The cap that retains the fuel filter is made from a brittle, failure prone plastic and often breaks during fuel system service. Replacement caps have been discontinued by Nissan and are now only sold as part of the complete filter housing assembly.

The Z1 Fuel Filter Cap is precision machined from billet 6061 aluminum. On the top of the filter cap you'll find a large 22mm male hex head to allow proper removal and torque during re-assembly. Recessed grooves are machined into the outer body to allow quick removal by hand. Direction of rotation is laser etched on the top of the cap as well as the final torque value. *Logo placement may vary due to housing tolerances.

O-ring is NOT included! We highly recommend replacing the fuel filter when the cap is replaced. OEM Nissan fuel filters include the o-ring needed when installing the cap. A new OEM Nissan Fuel Filter can be purchased in the product options.
