Z1 Off-Road Titan XD Dually Project

Z1 Motorsports was tasked to build the ultimate tow rig that featured a rugged look without losing touch of the factory style. With more horsepower power and torque than the standard model, the Titan XD Dually has improved towing stability and gets the job done in style. The project commemorates the launch of the Z1 Off-Road division. With our same dedication & passion for Nissan, we bring to you our first exercise in the Truck Market.

Z1 partnered with master craftsman Chuck Beck to tackle the Titan’s new body which looks at home over the American Force 19.5” alloy wheels & 33” Toyo M920 tires. The conversion features modified OEM 8 bolt axles to retain the functionality of the factory locking differential out back with Z1 designed custom adapters up front. To accommodate the tire clearance the leaf spring suspension has been relocated to the inside of the frame rails.

Titan dually sits aloft it’s new rolling stock on a customized 3” lift from ICON Dynamics. Exterior paint has been updated with a fresh 2 tone of Black Metallic (G41) & Nismo Grey Metallic (KAE) accents. Midnight edition headlights & badging were chosen to compliment the look.

Rough Country Heavy Duty front LED Bumper & Nerf Bars round out the front and sides while a Hammerhead Flush Mount Rear bumper finishes the rear of the truck. LED lighting clears the way front and rear while Z1 smoked LED marker lights on the roof and rear fenders alert other drivers of Titan’s wide stance.

Improved towing capacity and fuel economy through the addition of an AFE intake system, Mishimoto 4” exhaust, Z1 Engine Calibration with EZ Lynk Tuner. Whether it’s work or play you can count on Titan Dually to get the job done.
